TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

Payment

Payment for items must be made at the time of checkout and must be paid in full via Paypal or credit/debit card. You do not need a Paypal account as you can use the Paypal portal to pay with your debit or credit card. We do not accept cheques or cash payment for orders. Discount codes must be entered at the time of purchase, discount cannot be granted after the order has been placed.

 

Shipping

Our shipping situation is unique as our workshop is based in Lanzarote. We periodically send stock from Lanzarote to the UK, from where we ship your orders as we can provide faster, cheaper and more efficient postage from the UK.

Therefore, the dispatch time of your order will vary depending on whether we have the item(s) you have ordered in stock in the UK or whether we have to send them from Lanzarote.

If we have to send the item(s) from Lanzarote, approximately 2 weeks will be added to the order dispatch time.

Please keep this in mind when ordering from us and be patient.

 

If we have your ordered item(s) in stock in the UK, we aim to dispatch your order within 5 business days, however times may be longer during busy periods.

All parcels are sent via Standard Mail by default so there is no tracking number available.

Shipping times from the UK to the following destinations:

UK – 1 to 5 working days
EU – 4 to 15 working days
Rest of World – 5 to 28 working days.

Please note these delivery timescales apply after your order processing time. These are just guidelines and if there are unexpected delays in customs, orders outside the UK can take longer. We are not responsible for delays in customs and therefore any shipping fees will not be refunded should your delivery exceed the estimated time. Any customs, tax charges and import duties are charged once the order arrives in its destination country. It is the recipient’s responsibility to pay these charges. These charges are set up by the government in each country, which we of course have no control over.

If you have supplied us with any incorrect address information and your order does not reach you due to this error, you are responsible and Chevere JR, S.L. are not held accountable in any way. In most circumstances the order is returned to us by Royal Mail which we can then resend to your correct address. We cannot authorise a refund or replacement if you have supplied us with your address and/or postcode incorrectly.

Once your order is in progress it cannot be cancelled, however when you receive the order you can contact us to arrange a return.

If your order is returned to us by Royal Mail due to incorrect delivery address or a failed collection on your part, you the customer are responsible for the postage cost for the redispatch of your order. You must contact us within 6 weeks of the dispatch date if your order has not arrived, as once this time has passed we are no longer able to open an investigation regarding your parcel.

 

Returns

Once you receive your order you have 7 days to contact us for a return, providing the item(s) are in their original and unused condition. A return must be agreed with us before the item(s) are sent back. Please be aware that you are responsible for the return postage and you will receive store credit minus the postage. Remember to obtain Certificate of posting when returning goods to us. Sale items are not eligible for a return as they are reduced to clear and are end of line; including flash-sale items and all other non full-price items.

 

Exchanges

Once you receive your order you have 7 days to contact us for an exchange, providing the item(s) are in their original and unused condition. An exchange must be agreed with us before the item(s) are sent back. Please be aware that you are responsible for the return postage and for the postage of your new item. Remember to obtain Certificate of posting when returning goods to us.

 

Damaged/Faulty items

On the rare occasion that your order arrives damaged or faulty, please email us at chevere@cheverejr.com and include a photo of the damaged item(s) and we will resolve the issue for you. We are not able to authorise replacements if the order is older than 30 days.

 

Additional Policies

We must stress that our products must be well looked after, as some are delicate. Please note that some of our products are made with crystals which are naturally delicate and fragile.
Our natural gemstones may be different due to their natural properties and there may be imperfections, colour variations, marks or scratches.
Images are for illustrative purposes and items may vary slightly from the image.
We advise you to take good care of your jewellery and avoid contact with water, lotions, perfumes and other chemicals.
Store away from sunlight, dampness and open air as these will all speed up the process of oxidization.

We don’t recommend our items to children or babies due to their delicate nature and small pieces/charms.

Chevere JR, S.L. have the right to update these terms and conditions at any time.
